I'm scanning the SALN from hard copy to soft copy considering the privacy of all the faculty and staff of NISU Lemery Campus.

I'm scanning the all log book like contract of service, faculty, and VL-SL to serve a copy.


And scan the all dtr. And print the pass  slip .

Another chapter completed during my On-the Job Training in the Month of March

Week 1. We installed the printer in the computer in order for us to use the printer in printing documents.  And in this week, we have our graduation pictorial together with my two sisters in my creative shots. Week 2. In this week, the auditing team checked the dtr, logbook, pass slip, and other documents in the HRMO Office and we are assisting sir Rodel in preparing the documents and bring it to the conference room. Week 3. In this week, I scanned the private paper of the staffs and I transfer the hardcopy into softcopy and save it in the USB. Week 4. In this week, I print a letter for meeting purposes and distribute it to the designated offices. And also, we have a snack break together with my co-kings organization treat by sir Rodel.

Week 1 I and my partner deployed in our designated office. And type the list of the names of the faculty and staff and we compiled the files according  to alphatical order. Week 2 assist to org of kings knight to fill up the form of renewal student organizations. Editing of guard schedule on February, March, and April of date and time. January 25, 2024  In this day, we assigned to print the interviewer assessment sheet for the applicant. I don't know what work that the applicant they take. We print also and cut a pass slip for the faculty and staff. Week 3 Sir rodel choose me to represent the king's knight organization during the search on  valentine's  day. Week 4 create folder and edit the DTR of 2023 and coming 2024. And hold the paper incoming and outcoming.Separate the dtr of faculties no need to pictures because is private.
